What’s involved with a free printer inspection?
Each of the printers you wish to be inspected is thoroughly checked on-site for general condition, print quality and worn or damaged parts. Additionally, the make, model, page count and serial number are documented.

Shortly after the inspection, a LaserFix technician will provide you with a thorough report on each printer, in printed format and Excel spreadsheet. At LaserFix, we find that our customers appreciate having a comprehensive list of their printers and serials numbers for their company’s asset register.

The technician will then bring to your attention any issues that may need to be addressed immediately, or in the future. You will be provided with a quote for any repairs that may be needed. At no stage are you under any obligation to proceed with repairs.

If you wish to go ahead and have a printer cleaned, serviced or repaired, you can book a time for the LaserFix technician to carry out the work.
