LaserFix offers preventative maintenance programs to keep your laser printers
in top working order.
Your contract includes:

| • Two formal general services per year for each laser printer on-site. |
|
• All laser printers recorded by LaserFix, with database management of
call-outs and service work performed. |
|
• Management reports issued outlining the condition of the printers,
page counts and any immediate or future work required. |
|
| • Helpdesk facility for general troubleshooting. |
|
• 4 hour response time for an on-site visit by a LaserFix technician
at any time (Sydney CBD and metro). |
|
| • Maximum 2 hour response time for urgent situations (where possible). |
|
| • Labour and travel involved in any repair. |
|
| • Quotations. |

Cost per printer for 12 months:
$126.50 10 or more printers
$154.00 5–9 printers
$170.50 1–5 printers
